Data Transformation

  • Reverse-engineering files, styles and formatting from provided files of previously published volumes and updating to match standards and guidelines.

  • Setting up the files and layouts of the signed-off content data into working files for the final phase of content and formatting review.

  • Manually building layouts for sections requiring bespoke content formatting (i.e. tables and data-centric content).

  • Working with the publication editor to apply amendments to content, styling and formatting.

  • Liaising with the publication printer to prepare the final files for print and supplying structured working files for future edits if required.
